Blinded

Before and during a migraine my vision is greatly disturbed and I experience pain that feels as though my head is torn apart. My eyes also swell. This picture illustrates the feeling.

Linda has illustrated the pain and visual disturbance here so well; this happens to me (and I'm sure many others) often not just before and during a full blown attack, but often this visual disturbance and sharp shooting pains can happen for hours/days at a time.
