Banana Bundt Cake

2 cups mashed overripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour (half whole wheat and half white flour works fine)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray bundt pan with Pam. Dump all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into bundt pan and bake for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
