Re: Hemp Milk
I get Hemp milk at my local Cannibus store in California where I have a Cannibus card. It actually REALLy helps with my Migraines ALOT. For those who dont have this advantage; the alternative of rice or almond milk is just as yummy and the protein smoothie keeps my Migraines at bay. :)

questions
by: Sharon

Where do you get hemp milk and what does it compare to in flavor? I knew about hemp oil, I didnt know about hemp milk.

Also has anyone tried kefir since migraines are somewhat related to the gut? Kefir is wonderful. Very much like a smoothie but its packed with probiotics.
